17, 16, 16, 15, 15, 12.  Epic.
Magic-Blooded +2 CHA -2 WIS

Traits: Aggressive, illiterate
Flaws: Vulnerable, (Shaky or Pathetic -2 CHA)

HP: 8+CON

STR:15
DEX:16
CON:16
INT:17
WIS: (10)12-2
CHA: (17)15+2

+2 to hit for melee.  Should I just switch Dex and STR switch CON and CHA, or STR and CON.

Would Factotum8/Fighter2/Iaijutsu Master10 be a stronger build than Factotum8/Iaijutsu Master5/Chameleon7?

The first gets me the ever so sexy, One Strike, Two Cuts, a little better BAB especially at lower levels, and more Inspiration Points due to FoI stacking.

The second gives loses some inspiration points, gains 5th level cleric/arcane casting, gains a TON of versatility, a floating feat, and stat boosts.

What are the tactics to survive low combat with and without Iaijutsu focus as a factotum, this is my first time seriously playing anything other than I line up, I charge, I kill type characters, I'm already playing another charger(Lancer Jumping Build) so I wanted to do something different.

What book are the bag of marbles located in? What tricks besides Marbles can flatfoot opponents reliably?  Should I take a level of fighter to grab Quick Razor Proficiency?  As it stands I'll be a little underwhelming at lost levels.

Feats:
lv1: Imp. Init
Flaw:Font of Inspiration
Flaw: Font of Inspiration
Human: Able Learner
lv2Fighter:EWP:Gnome Quick Razor
lv3. Quick Draw
lv6. WF: Katana
lv9+: Font of Inspiration

Forgot how Iajutsu Master works, so I'll focus on this.  Grease is probably the most reliable way to flatfoot opponents.  Unless they have 5 balance ranks, you're golden.  Cast on the foe's shoes instead of the ground beneath him if he's wearing footwear, that way the grease moves with him.  The Deadeye Shot feat lets you ready to hit with a ranged weapon and the foe is flatfooted.  There are skill tricks to help catch a foe flatfooted.  One lets your next attack benefit on that round, after tumbling through the opponent's square.  Another requires Quickdraw and allows you to draw a hidden weapon and catch the enemy flatfooted.  All skill tricks can onl be used once/encounter each and cost 2 skill points each.  They are mostly found in C.Scoundrel.

Do you need flatfooted for Iaijutsu Focus?  If flanking works, too... The Backstab feat from dragon mag (listed on crystalkeep) lets you take AoOs on foes you're flanking if they don't attack you.  The Persistent Blade spell from Spell Compendium (level 1) works like Spiritual Weapon, except crappier damage and it treats the target as being flanked for anyone who attacks him.  Since it follows, can be re-directed, and cannot typically be destroyed by enemies, it is the perfect method of getting flanking on a foe reliably for sneak attack.

Which build to use?  Both would be good, I've never played a Chameleon, but a lot of people seem to like it on the boards here.  One thing to note is the floating feat might be slightly less important a boon, with Spell Compendium's Heroics spell, which for 10 min/level, gives a target a Fighter bonus feat of his choice that he qualifies for.

Also, I'm curious...why do you want to use a Quickrazor so badly, what trick is there to use with it?

It can be drawn and sheathed as a free action(the only weapon I know of that can do so) allowing you to use it round after round for Iaijutsu Focus since it's a move action to sheath a weapon and as long as you can keep a foe flatfooted your can keep getting bonus damage.

Human - Factotum 8/Iaijutsu Master 8/Dervish 4

1: Improved Initiative
F: Font of Inspiration
F: Font of Inspiration
H: Quick Draw
3: Weapon Focus (Katana)
6: Combat Expertise
B: Dodge

12+ whatever you want

If you're going higher than 20th level finish out Iaijutsu Master and Dervish and maybe throw in a level of Blade Dancer to double your base speed.
