Good morning. I have a concept for a character but i need to know if there is a feat or prestige class that would make it so if I got to sneak attack someone one round, it is considered flat footed the next one also.

I believe underfoot combat or confound the big folk lets you count the target as flat footed the turn after you enter there square. there both in races of the wild

Strictly speaking, combat feinting is the way to go if you need to get someone effectively flat-footed during actual combat. I say effectively, because combat feinting denies someone their Dex bonus which allows for them to be subject effects like sneak attack. If you need them to actually be flat-footed that won't help you. There are feats chains that can get a combat feint down to a partial action, allowing you to feint and attack in the same round (also move if you're a psion or Martial Initiate).

There's also a feat called Swarm Fighting where you enter an ally's square and attack along with him, but I can't remember off-hand if that denies opponent Dex or simply buffs the both of you. I think you also have to be Tiny or smaller to take that feat (I have a friend who played a Pixie monk one time...)

Isn't there a skill trick that does this?

If you're just looking for sneak attack help, check out Persistent Attacker from Complete Scoundrel.

try this:

1)take the Feat: Exotic Weapon Proficency(Gnome Quickrazor)

Gnome Quickrazor
(RoS p155) Light weapon, 1d4 ,19-20 / x2 — Slashing, 45 gp, 1 lb,
Feint +2, Normally drawn from wrist sheath (as a Free Action) at the start of a round and stored (also as a Free Action) at the end of the round. If simply
held, it has a –2 penalty. +4 bonus to conceal on body

2) take the feat: Flick of the Wrist[General] (CWar p99)(RotW p150) Req: Dexterity 17, Quick Draw, Sleight of Hand: 5 ranks
If you draw a Light weapon and attack with it in the same round, your opponent is Flat-Footed for the first attack. This ability can only be used once per round and only once per opponent in a given battle.

thus you get a Free Flatfooted Attack vs each opponent you face in any combat

this is especially good if you have this feat:

Persistent Attacker[Ambush](CSco p080)req:Sneak Attack / Sudden
Strike class ability with at least +5d6
On a successful Sneak Attack, you may reduce the Sneak Attack dice by 4d6 to make your first attack on the next round against the same foe be considered a Sneak Attack too, even if circumstances have changed.

Ok, thank you very much for the advice. I have a better idea now of what i wnat to do. The thing is I am planning on playing on a sub optimal game and i have found a nice (not great) little combo that i want to explote. By taking the alternate classfeature for monks from the exemplars of evil I give up evasion fut gain the ability to become invisible every 3 rounds as an inmediate actin. So i mixe dit with ogue so the lost of evasion is not a big deal and hence what I am trying to do. This is what i have so far

rogue2/monk2/rogue X

I don't want to plan further than that because the DM doesn't really like optimization an wants to keep things low powered. Anyway my feats are (with one flaw)

Sacred strike (he is lawful good), Improved iniciative, Yondala's sense (he is a strongheart halfling), weapn finesse (unarmed strike), Thoat punch (I just like what it does to casters, the DM likes to throw blasters at ppl)

The goal is to use only dex and wis as big stats and be hard to kill. Any advice will be apprecizted, just rmeember that this i ment to be a sub optimal built
