Feral Druid (core+complete)

Although all the druid optimizing threads in the library are interesting, I'm thinking about making monk/warshaper/druid due to DM only allowing core+complete.

In Uberling's guide, it talks about having a monk level would help. But my question is wouldn't another monk lvl be even better (especially in core+complete)? Having gauntlets of the talons and monk's belt push you do lvl 12 which is just another rank of dmg die. Also combat reflexes and evasion wouldn't hurt along with an extra BAB.

Also thinking about 1 lvl of warshaper for morphic immunities/morphic weapons to get another size increment for unarmed dmg and immue to crit and stun.

Rest of the 17 lvls in druids, so it'll end up be monk2/warshaper1/druid 17

Feats:
Class bonus feat: imp unarmed strike, combat reflexes, imp grappling, morphic immunities/morphic weapons
human: True believer (for gauntlets of the talons)
1st: Two weapon fighting
3rd: Intuitive attack (for when you don have that much wild shape at low lvl and is forced to shift out) or blind fight
6th: Multiattack
9th: imp natural attack
12th: Natural spell
15th: Hold the Line
18th: empower spell

To make it makes sense (out next campaign will start from lvl 8 most likely), it'll be
druid1-5/
druid1-5/warshaper
druid1-5/warshaper/monk2
Then do an atonement spell to regain druid spells and continue to lvl so.

Items:monk's belt, gauntlets of the talons, and all the druid items listed in uberling's thread (and so is recommended spells and all that).

Now I have a couple questions regarding to my own build (only started playing dnd half a year ago, donno all the rules yet >.<)

1: Do the above unarmed dmg modifier item/feat stack? (imp natural atk, monk's belt, gauntlets of the talons, morphic weapons, wild shape (large/huge).

2: "Flurry of Blows (Ex): When unarmored, a monk may strike with
a flurry of blows at the expense of accuracy. When doing so, she may
make one extra attack in a round at her highest base attack bonus,
but this attack takes a –2 penalty, as does each other attack made that
round. The resulting modified base attack bonuses are shown in the
Flurry of Blows Attack Bonus column on Table 3–10: The Monk.
This penalty applies for 1 round, so it also affects attacks of
opportunity the monk might make before her next action. When a
monk reaches 5th level, the penalty lessens to –1, and at 9th level it
disappears. A monk must use a full attack action (see page 143) to
strike with a flurry of blows
." does it mean monk lvl 5? or ECL 5? as in, if a character ECL 5 with 4 druid and 1 monk, will the penalty reduce to -1?

3: I read about flurry+twf+multiatk actually works ( can't find the link anymore). If it does would it work like something like this?
for original +15/+10/+5 atk then wild shape into a bear with 2claw +6 and 1 bit +1 atk---> with flurry (assuming -2 penalty) it goes:

+11/+11(flurry)/+11(twf, half str modifier)/+6/+1 <--all these get -2 from flurry and -2 twf, THEN +0/+0/-5 for 2claws and bite (-6 for flurry/twf/multiatk)

Is that correct?
4: How does wild shape work? For example, when wild Shape, if the monster manual only have a 3HD black bear, even when you're 6HD, you can't adjust the bear into a 6HD monster right? and you use everything according to the bear's stats except Ex feats/abilities, right?

5: do you get to add your BAB to your wild shape form?

It's kinda long, my bad^^"

Thanks for reading,

suggestions:
  • Just use monk's belt and drop the monk levels.
  • Drop warshaper, too. Spells are generally better.
  • Take natural spell earlier. You want to keep yourself wild shaped most of the day to benefit from higher ability scores.
  • Two weapon fighting, intuitive attack, hold the line are subpar for druids. Empower spell is more or less useless at that level. I'd never take improved natural attack (because you need to specify which natural attack you want to improve and some forms may not have a bite for instance). Augment summoning, track, extend spell, quicken spell are better options IMO.
  • BAB works in wild shape, just replace that of the creature's entry.
  • Check the newer druid guide in the handy links.

atonement? Why do you need that?

Druids can be Lawful Neutral you know.
