If you can get a Fang Dragon as your progenitor, then you'd get Force damage from your DFI, which would make you look like a sexy shoeless god of war. With that much Dex, I'd get some Shadow Blade action in there, as long as the Dex-to-damage is on the ranged attacks as well.

Why not invest in some returning daggers? Or are you just planning on carrying around 156 daggers ( 6 rounds of combat) ? some returning daggers with the flameing quality or even flaming burst would fit with your concept..

Alternatively, there is always the Axethrower feat, which allows you to replace Dex mods with Str when throwing weapons.

The problem with getting a fang dragon in the family tree is I can't figure out a way to do it without taking the 1/2 dragon template, or taking a level of sorc, which I don't want. Dex to damage would be pretty epic, but I don't think I could fit in 2 levels of SS, cause then I'd lose out on the ILs I need for Raging Mongoose. If you can figure out a way that still gets my to IL 15 by level 20, I'm all ears. I'm also really low on feats.

And StPeteGamer, returning daggers are kind of borked. If you read it, they come back to your hand at the end of your turn, unless your had is full. So, you can't use the same dagger on every throw, because it won't get back to you until after you throw em all, and if they were all returning, then the first one would come back to my hand, the 2nd to my other hand, and all the others would fall to my feet, which would be a bad thing.

I like having dex as my main stat, that's what makes halfling so appealing. That and the +1 hit from size and +1 hit from racial.

If you want to argue the point, there is always the "draconic" template, which gives a +1 LA (and possible level buy-off, depending upon the DM).

Dunno where that gives any force effect... unless you meant "Force Dragon"... the Epic level critter. Other options include Amethyst(MM2) and Tarterian(Dr).

Sadly, DFI only works with Fire/Cold/Electricity/Acid/Sonic, and nothing else, so take Draconic Heritage (Battle Dragon).

BTB, you forgot to add in a Masterwork Mandolin for another +1d6 Damage from DFI.

Also, Master Thrower gets Quick Draw as a Bonus Feat, so why are you taking it with your Warblade Bonus Feat?

Perhaps consider becoming a Dragonborn and hope to get Draconic Heritage (Bahamut) for free (or take it with a feat, perhaps; Choosing your damage is nice...)?

Where's your Weapon Focus for Master Thrower? Resist taking Rapid Throw, since it's not essential, and get it later with Heroics.

There's an item that grants TWF (or ITWF if you have it already), so use that to save a feat, too (Gloves of the Balanced Hand (?)).

Do you have an excuse not to get Staggering Critical (DotU)? It gives a no-save Slow on crits, and you have a good chance of making one or more per round.

Yes but you obviously have quickdraw as a feat, otherwise how would you draw and throw all those daggers, so would it not work in reverse too? I mean one comes back one gets sheathed. I mean it does not sound outrageous or overpowering to me. What are you going to do for daggers than carry around Elhona's quiver or Huward's(sp) Handy haversack full of daggers? Also, if you are just using regular daggers how are you going to get over DR over higher level monsters as DR/magic is pretty common.
I agree halflings throwing daggers rock the casba(sp)
