Fochlucan Lyrist Advice?

I'm gearing up for an 18th level game using the following build:

Monk2/Bard1/Wizard5/Ur-Priest2/Sublime Chord1/Fochlucian Lyrist7

My base stats, including racial mods, inherit bonuses, level bonus, and magic items are Str 13, Dex 14 Con 20 (14), Int 16, Wis 29 (23), Cha 26 (20).

On the whole it looks like I'm going to end up playing arcane support (because by the looks of it the party will have at least 3 people with arcane magic) and a divine casting role in serious combat (because apparently we can't find someone to play anything divine).

I'm generally fair competent with this sort of stuff but considering some of the potential players I've come looking for any advice the CO boards would care to throw out on spells, feats, magic items, and so forth.

The game is likely to involve some dungeon crawling on various planes (and by extension a fairly large number of outsiders).

We have access to pretty much every 3.5 non setting specific book.

Note: DM waved the Druidic requirement

Whoa, there's a lot of lost caster levels there. Are you only going into SC for the Bardic Knowledge feature or are you planning on totally replacing your Wizard spellcasting with that of the SC? If so, why not try:
Wiz 5/Divine Orcacle 2/Loremaster 1/Mindbender 1/Ur Priest 1/Sublime Chord 1/Fochlucan Lyrist 7
- This way you minimize the hit to your Wiz casting. You gain Evasion through Div Oracle, and SC gives you the Bardic Knowledge you need. I don't think you lose any feats (save for Ur-Priest prereq) with this build, leaving most of them open for customization (you make up for the feat used to enter Div Oracle with Loremaster)

You could also try
Wiz 5/Divine Orcacle 2/Mindbender 1/Heartfire Fanner 1/Ur Priest 1/Sublime Chord 1/Fochlucan Lyrist 7
- Similar to the first but you lose a feat to enter Div Oracle and 2 feats to enter HfF. However, in exchange, you gain the ability to grant your allies an extra fighter feat (or a feat you have) with the Bardic Music ability of Heartfire Fanner. I think (ask your DM) Fochlucan Lyrist should advance the bardic music abilities of HfF (since it does progress the songs you have access to), allowing you later on to grant them 2 feats later on and gain another Bardic Music ability that reduces metamagic costs. I'm not sure about that though.

I wouldn't suggest dropping Wizard spell casting for the SC's as you will be stuck with a really small number of spells known as well as very little slots to cast from. I'd suggest maxing out your Wiz spells. If it's gaining access to bard spells that you want, simply take a level of prestige Bard.

Pursuing you Wiz spell casting is optimal s as there's a metamagic feat called Alternative Source Spell from Dragon Magazine 325 (you can find it on Crystal Keep) that allows you to prepare an arcane spell on a divine spell slot or a divine spell on an arcane spell slot at -1 caster level. Easily compensated for by Craft Magic Tatoo or an item. Should give you some freedom in preparing your spells since you now won't be limited by the difference between divine and arcane. This will allow you to combine your Divine and Arcane spells into a single undifferentiated pool of spell slots giving you a good number of casting per day to work with.

Try:
Wiz 5/Divine Orcacle 2/Loremaster 2/ Mindbender 1/Ur Priest 1/Fochlucan Lyrist 7 (Switch around classes as you see fit)
This way you only lose 1 level of Wiz spell casting, you gain Evasion with Div Oracle, Lore/Bardic Knowledge with Loremaster. This could very well become a nice Scout/Skill Monkey/Spy/Diviner Specialist (Take Spontaneous Divination from CC for some spontaneous casting and added flavor). Diviners/Divinations are great if you plan to play a support role.

You can also try
Wiz 5/Divine Orcacle 2/Paragnostic Apostle 1/Mindbender 1/Heartfire Fanner 1/Ur Priest 1/Fochlucan Lyrist 7
You lose 2 feats on the entry requirements for HfF but your allies will love you for the bonus feat (you are playing support after all and, combined with the Heroics spell, your allies get 2 bonus feats all in all) and you gain acces to some nice Bardic Music (as a 5th level Bard due to HfF) if HfF is advanced by Fochlucan Lyrist (you end up with bardic music 12/day at FL 7, it would be a shame to waste this advancement by not taking some class that grants you some Bardic Music). If HfF doesn't work, just take Prestige Bard, you lose a caster level though

If you wanna try shooting for some other class features, just remember that Div Oracle 2 give you evasion and both Loremaster 2 (gives you perform as well as alot of the other skill requirements of FL) or Paragnostic Apostle 1 (I think) give you a Lore ability, and Mindbender gives you Bluff as a class skill for Ur Priest entry. I think Ardent Dilettante gives you all skills as class skills which should help meeting skill prereqs, but I'm not sure, check it out and judge fo yourself if you can/want to switch Minderbender for it. This way, all you have to wory about are the skill requirements.

Notes:
Heroics: 2nd lvl Sorc/Wiz level spell, SPC
Paragnostic Apostle: CC
Heartfire Fanner: On Crystal Keep, Dragon Mag 314

The idea was to focus on Ur-Priest and Sublime Chord spellcasting. Wizard is just there to get into Sublime Chord.
