Free Arcane Persists (simplified build)

Race: Azurin 
Stats: Max int, Wis at least 12, Con 14 helpful

The rest of the feats are open -- stack up on metamagic feats.  For the final 5 levels I would suggest 3 levels of Totemist 2/Soulcaster 1 (and Practiced Spellcaster), to maximize your essentia use; for the last two levels take a PrC that will give you full progression.

Using your Instant Metamagic class feature, persist your 8th-level incarnum domain spell Incarnum Apotheosis, which then fills every essentia receptacle (feats, class abilities, soulmelds) to max with essentia for its duration.  Then you can use Midnight Metamagic and Improved Metamagic to get 6-10 free levels of metamagic on every spell you cast.

Pros: Free metamagic, metamagic on 9th-level spells, other Incantatrix amazingness.

Cons: Requires 18 Wis to cast Incarnum Apotheosis (can be achieved w/ Periapt).

If you can talk your way into having a domain wizard with the Incarnum Domain spells, that frees up (a) the Wis dependence, and (b) the Arcane Disciple feat, which you can spend on another metamagic feat.  Your argument is helped by the fact that there's no god or religion requirement for the Incarnum domain...

There are "6-10" free levels of metamagic because of the wording of Improved Metamagic from Incantatrix -- you get 5 free levels from Midnight Metamagic and a reduction of 1 level on every feat you use.  So it's 6 levels for Persistent, 7 for Twin/Maximize, 10 for the use of 5 2-level feats, etc.
