Though for the life of me I can find any other ones that are only for females. And I haven't found a single one that is for males only. So my question is this: Is there a list of gender specific classes and prestige classes somewhere?   If such a list doesn't exist yet, perhaps we could make one here? Also, The list can have 3rd party classes and prestige classes as well.

There might also be cases that are effectively gender-restricted if they require a specific race that has only a single gender, as nymphs or satyrs usually do, but those are also relatively uncommon.  A similar arrangement could occur for prestige classes requiring membership in an organization, but they'd probably already identify gender as a requirement of the prestige class. I did end up writing a male-specific one myself that was a bit like the thrallherd in employing the approximate principles of the Leadership feat, but I assume we're not after homebrew material here.
