Ok, heres whats up.  My friend and I have been talking about this build for quite some time now and i figured i'd toss it up here and see what you Optimizers could do to make it better.

The basic idea here is a twist of a skill monkey, but instead of having a bunch of different skills you are good at (although prooly that too) you have alot of classes as a base to work off of.  I recently started a campaign with the build below.

Race (has to have LA +2 and NO FERAL): Drow

Sats (Base rolls: 18, 18, 18, 15, 15, 15): Str 15, Dex 20, Con 13, Int 16, Wis 20, Cha 17

Class (gestalt 14th lvl after +2 LA)

  1. Rogue/Fighter

  2. Monk/Ranger

  3. Monk/Fighter

  4. Monk/Ranger

  5. Monk/Ranger

  6. Swashbukler/Scout

  7. Rogue/Fighter

  8. Swashbukler/Scout

  9. Rogue/Fighter

  10. Swashbuckler/Scout

  11. Ninja/Barbarian

  12. Ninja/Barbarian

  13. Nija/Barbarian

  14. Ninja/Scout

Feat (must qualify for feat with class from 1 side of gestalt, Flaws are allowed):

  • Ascetic Rogue

  • Ascetic Stalker

  • Swift Hunter

  • Daring Outlaw

  • Extra Rage

  • Extend Rage

  • Weapon Focus (unarmed)

  • Weapon Specialization (unarmed)

  • Melee Weapon Mastery (bludgening)

  • Pulverize Foe

  • Track (ranger)

  • Combat Reflexes (monk)

  • Stunning Fist (monk)

  • Weapon Finesse (swashbukler)

  • 2 Weapon Fighting (ranger)

  • Endurance (ranger)

Class Abilities

  • Flurry of Blows

  • Unarmed Strike 2d6 (monk+ninja+rogue)

  • Improved Evasion (from having the Evasion class feature in 2 classes)

  • Still Mind

  • Ki Strike (magic)

  • Slow fall (10 ft)

  • Grace +1

  • Insightful Strike

  • Favored Enemy (humanoid: Elf)

  • Favored Enemy (undead)

  • Wild Empathy

  • Animal Companion

  • Sneak Attack 3d6 (Swashbulker + Rogue lvls)

  • Trapfinding

  • Trapsense +2 (from having trapsense +1 in 2 classes)

  • Fast movement +30 ft (10 monk + 10 Barbarian + 10 Scout)

  • Rage 3/day

  • Ki Power 12 points (1/2 ninja+monk +8 wis)

  • Sudden Strike 2d6

  • Ghost step (invisible)

  • Greater Leap

  • Poison Use

  • Skirmish +2d6, 2 AC (Scout+Ranger)

  • Battle Fortitude

  • Improved Uncanny Dodge (from having the class featur in 2 calsses)

  • Trackless Step

I just through this together in like and hour and a half so i didn't get to twink it too much, but i was really surprised at how well it worked out.  It was a little iffy with the Lawful monk and non-lawful Barbarian, but since it started at a high level i just built it into my background story.  Also in addition to the feat listed im working my way towards Improved Skirmish, Crushing strike, and Iron Fist. As far as future leveling goes i am considering Assassin, Ghost faced Killer, Dark wood Stalker, or just continuing my rounds on classes, not sure just want to keep full BAB and the more SA the better.

Sorry if it bursts a bubble or two, but you only ever get feats once. So for a level 14 gestalt like this, you'd only have five plus whatever you got from classes (Imp. Unarmed Strike, Two weapon Fighting, choice of monk feats, etc.
