| #1LordPhrofetApr 18, 2015 13:29:24 | So I am playinga Fighter/Barbarian/Berserk right now with the Shield Charge/Shield Slam (Free trip and daze on shield slam with charge) feats and Hurling Charge (throw a weapon as part of a charge). So I am looking for a good specific weapon and/or enhancements to put on my thrown weapon. I want to keep it +4 or less (since it is not my main weapon) and would like it to either buff/debuff or do a massive amount of damage. Any help would be apreciated

It probably doesn't make too much difference, though having a particular damage type or being a melee weapon that can also be thrown can change the special abilities for which the weapon might qualify. |
| #4LordPhrofetApr 18, 2015 21:40:08 | StevenO: Yeah if the base things people recommend is cheap enough to add returning as well I will. For the most part it is for that opening shot.
Slaagger: Using masterwork spears at the momment (have a flail and spiked shield for "main weapons") for my thrown weapon but am open to suggestions for different weapons. Also thinking of throwing axes (doing a Viking type character) would be apropiate. |

Beyond that, Valorous(UE) is obviously needed, since you're going to be doing your throwing as part of a charge.
It's also worth noting, for the record, that you can combine Hunter's Mercy with Hurling Charge. Just something to keep in mind. |
