| #1noheatOct 10, 2008 16:44:11 | This is more a rule question then a optimization question, but I don't know where else post it. I have a Barbarian/Black Blood Cultist grappling build planned out and I was wondering what the rules were for trying to force manacles onto an opponent. Also where the rules can be found. (Probably the PHB, but I can't find them.) Thanks ahead of time for any help. |

| #3noheatOct 10, 2008 17:09:33 | The Justicar's 'hog-tie' ability is what I remembered seeing. I guess I need 5 levels before I can start cuffing my opponents during a grapple. I might have to reevaluate my build Justicar or Black Blood Cultist??? Thanks again for the help Character Optimization Board rocks!!! |
