Apr 26, 2008 0:49:30		The Epic Level Handbook gives a option that is possible to make weapons with the similar powers of an Artifact, found that interesting but i could not imagine how can I make a weapon with the same powers of the Hammer of Thunderbolts Minor Artifact. Could anyone answer me if is there is possible to make a weapon with the same powers and what similar abilities I should put to make one?
