#1 lunaticslament Jul 14, 2009 21:46:49	I was hoping to make a character based on Matt Cauthon from The Wheel of Time book series. Basics: ~Known troublemaker, fond of women, gambling and drink ~Reality tends to curve around him, making him extremely lucky, as shown by the fact that he almost always wins gambling and a randomly chosen tavern will yield the info he needs. He also tends to bring luck to those around him. (luck feats?) ~Extremely skilled with the quarterstaff ~Later gains skill with a weapon very similar to the Naginata (is there a weapon like this available?) due to gaining the memories of ancient generals which also makes him a brilliant general -These are from wishing to have the holes in his memories caused by a cursed dagger filled ~Was in possession of a cursed ruby hilted dagger which is tied to a cursed city consumed by its own evil. Nearly killed him and resulted in losing pieces of his memory and his abnormal luck kicking in to full gear. ~ It was prophesied that he would: a) die and live once more as a part of what once was, b) marry the Daughter of the Nine Moons, and c) give up half the light of the world to save the world. -the half the light could mean losing an eye ~He is based loosely on Odin. ~Has a pendant which protects him from direct effects of channeling and turns cold when threads of the power touch him. (Spell resistance or at least turning colder as more magic is around?) Any ideas? I know the base class would Rogue but would you go from there?
