| #1flynnsaneApr 29, 2009 10:07:09 | Hi all, As expert builders, I turn to you for help on a character I'm making for an upcoming 3.5 campaign. Hopefully, some have you have read Stephen R. Donaldson's Thomas Covenant Chronicles because I've decided to make a Bloodguard from that series. I can easily provide more info on the concept if needed. I'm aiming for 2 things: fidelity to the concept and utility/fun. This means that I'd like him to be fun and useful, but I want to remain very true to the concept. So, here's my first draft. Please critique. I think it's a pretty vanilla Monk build from the research I've done here, but some of you may have better ideas- especially if you're familiar with the Bloodguard. 40 pt buy Bannor Human Lawful Good Str 17 Dex 16 Con 16 Int 8 Wis 14 Cha 9 lvl Class Feat Class Feat 1 Monk Sacred Vow, Vow of Poverty Stunning Fist 2 Monk Combat Refl 3 Monk Travel Devotion 4 Monk 5 Monk 6 Monk 2WF Imp Trip 7 Monk 8 Monk 9 Monk Improved Natural Attack 10 Monk 11 Monk 12 Monk I2WF 13 Monk 14 Monk 15 Monk G2WF 16 Monk 17 Monk 18 Monk Pain Touch 19 Monk 20 Monk |
