I'm recently playing a 5th level campaign (3.5) and as an agreement with my DM I can play a choker with no LA, and the standard 3 HD, BUT I don't get the extra action. I want to do this so I can take abberent blood, abberent reach, and extend reach... oh and stand still.... wielding a spiked chain... :P

since he allows flaws, I could take two flaws and a 1 level dip of fighter getting abberent blood, abberent reach, extend reach, standstill, and exotic weapon profiency.... now I have no Idea, where to take this or how to optimize this build.... I have no Idea what would be good for this build.... help please?

If he allows you such an absurd grappling race, then you should definitely go with a grappling build. Especially given that you have no LA, this race becomes excellent for grappling goodness. Sadly, you cannot get any of the Aberrant feats you mentioned; their prerequisites are Humanoid type, and Choker's do not qualify there. You still have some excellent options, however.

1. Aberration HD 1
Multigrab (level 1 feat)
Greater Multigrab (Flaw feat)
Extend Reach (Flaw feat)
2. Aberration HD 2
3. Aberration HD 3
Improved Unarmed Strike (level 3 feat)
4. Aberration HD 3 / Psychic Warrior 1
Improved Grapple (PsyWar bonus feat)
5. Aberration HD 3 / Psychic Warrior 2
Combat Reflexes (PsyWar bonus feat)
Willing Deformity (Swear allegiance to Elder Evil)
Willing Deformity [Tall] (Swear allegiance to Elder Evil)

The objective of the build is massive grappling crowd control (which will become even nastier as you progress out from this class). Your reach at level 5 is 20 feet with your 2 tentacles, and Combat Reflexes lets you use both to make AOOs against anyone on the battlefield. The Multigrab feats allow you to hold your opponents with no penalty to grapple checks.
Your own grapple check is quite decent for your level. We could get it higher, but +18 should be more than enough at level 5 to handle most opponents.

BAB: +3
22 Str (reasonable given racial adjustments and a 28+ pt. buy): +6
Racial: +4
Size: -4
Imp.Grapple: +4
Expansion: +5
Grapple: +18

This will improve substantially as you gain more power points and can put more into Grip of Iron and Expansion.

From here there are all sorts of fun things you can do. A particularly nasty build involves becoming a Flayerspawn Psychic, granting you 4 additional tentacles (all of which with 15 foot reach), as well as levels in Warshaper (PrC prerequisites fulfilled psionically) to extend reach and weapon size.

Flayerspawn Psychic is in the Complete Psionic. Warshaper is in Complete Warrior.

When your DM says no large creatures, does that mean he is preventing you from playing creatures that are innately large? Or does it mean he won't let you use ANY effect whatsoever that increases size (Wild Shape/Polymorph/Enlarge Person/etc)?
If it's the latter, well, that's a very interesting house rule that I have never heard before...

it's the latter. not a house rule, but he has something in mind (like a door or something) that a large sized creatures won't fit into...

I'm the DM; the no large clause is because in the second part of the adventure I have planned almost everything is going to be a tight fit. So I said that to try not to punish the characters unfairly. I can't just change it without re-writing the story. Later in the game you can get the size increases.

looking at Prc classes, not sure how I personally would get into the warshaper class, and not sure how the flayerspawn phychic gives my extra tentacles.... I rember it doing so, just can;t find it .

The class gives you Illithid Feats galore, which allow you to get your Illithid Grapple feats from the same back. It is the only practical way to gain the tentacles, as otherwise you have to invest too many feats for it to be worth it. This class gives you 3 of them for "free".

As to Warshaper, you will enter it through the Mortal Hunter PrC (BoVD), or any other class that gives you Polymorph/Wild Shape abilities. You need not use those abilities to benefit from the Warshaper class itself.

You are naturally small. You just have the ability to become large if you have space in which to do so.
