I've gotten myself Completely Confused on a single issue.

I'm making a Level 10 character.
Factotum10//Rogue1/warblade4/chameleon5.

And I have NO idea how to get my end base BaB/Fort/Ref/Will out of it.

Look at the increase gained with each class level. In your instance

Level 1 Factotum gives +0 BAB, +0 Fort, +2 Ref, and +0 Will.

Level 1 Rogue gives the exact same.

Your bab and saves at level 1 are +0 BAB, +0 Fort, +2 Ref, and +0 Will.

For level 2.

Level 2 Factotum gives +1 BAB, +0 Fort, +1 Ref, and +0 Will.

Level 1 Warblade gives +1 BAB, +2 Fort, +0 Ref, and +0 Will.

Add this to your level 1 stuff, to get your level 2 BAB and saves. In total: +1 BAB, +2 Fort, +3 Ref, +0 Will.

For Level 3.

Level 3 Factotum gives +1 BAB, +1 Fort, +0 Ref, +1Will

Level 2 Warblade gives +1 BAB, +1 Fort, +0 Ref, +0 Will

Add this to your previous levels stuff, giving you a total of: +2 BAB, +3 Fort, +3 Ref, +1 Will.

Expand from this the rest.

Yes it is possible to game the system getting super advanced progressions for your saves and a full BAB. Depending on your DM this is mandatory, or discouraged.

If you're in a gestalt campaign, you should be convincing your DM to use fractional BAB/Saves.  Even if you aren't in a gestalt campaign, you should be... but it's almost mandatory in a gestalt campaign.
