I'm in need of your help once more. I'm currently playing a cleric in a pirate-like campaign and after a couple of session we, the DM and me, figured we should retired my cleric. I'm fine with the decision. Note that I said pirate-like but being able to act on a boat or at sea ISN'T required. Most of the adventure is happening on the many island of is homebrew world. Now I was thinking of trying Carnivor build which is displayed below.

Carnivore build
Gray Elf
Beguiler 2/ Spellthief 2/ Warlock 3/ Eldritch Theurge 10/ Unseen Seer 3

15th lvl Beguiler Spells = 7th lvl ....

with the feat:

Master Spellthief[General](CSco p79)req:Steal Spell class ability, able to cast 2nd level Arcane spells
Add your Spellthief and Arcane Caster class to determine the highest level spell you can steal, the caster level of your Arcane spells. Also, ignore the Spell Failure chance of any Light Armor you are wearing when casting stolen spells.

and Practiced Caster(Beguiler) = +4 Beguiler CL

this adds Beguiler CL(15 +4= 19) + Spellthief CL(+1) + Warlock CL(+13) = 33rd lvl caster for Beguiler Spells

can Steal 9th lvl Spells and Cast them from Spellthief

great Skills... and Unlimited Resources from Warlock

The spell Sniper's Shot (divination spell so you can grab it with unseen seer) allows you to sneak attack out to any range regardless of distance so than you just need some way to increase the range on the eldritch blast.

I should have precised that we're rarely on open ground so sniping from far away is not really an option. My main battle strategy would be to use my eldritch blast to steal spell whenever possible and the rest of the time some battlefield control and cherry picking enemies until the glass cannons finish them of. I don't really want to abuse the caster level boost from master spellthief with things like wings of flurry but using it to naturally augment the duration of spell is nice. Also, I'm trying to avoid any spell negated by a save due to the fact that my spellcasting progress is sub-par for a direct offensive.
