Help with an Epic Level Character Build

The setting takes place in Eberron. All books are available except Dragonlance, Faerun, and Forgotten Realms settings.

This character will start out at level 20 and progress from there. The starting race will be a Sand Giant. There are 4 players and one DM. I have no idea what the other players will be playing or what race, except that they will have a similar ECL race as mine.

This DM tends to run seemingly impossible odds from time to time. I would really like some help on returning the favor.

I have done some research on the forums and I have come up with an idea that is strong on the melee side, but weak in the casting department.
3 warrior / 3 barbarian / 10 Frenzied Berzerker / 1 Bear Shaman / 3 War Shaper and then I will progress into Warhulk for my epic levels.
This character makes sense to me when it comes to melee, but I know I will get owned when it comes to a caster type variant.

Any help possible is appreciated.

-Frenzied Berserker 10 + epic warhulk sounds good, but your non-epic non -FB levels seem a little off.
-Do you really mean Warrior 3? Or is that supposed to be Fighter 3?
-The shapechanging subtheme seems kind of tacked on, if you are going to try epic melee, you need to FOCUS.
-Spike Chain tripper is probably the best route to go, for which there are a plethora of threads with full detail if you look for them.

Warrior class is terrible.. and if you mean fighter, you are taking an ODD number of fighter levels... why?

I am sorry I meant Fighter. I am still in a World of Warcraft frame of mind as my main character is a warrior.
The reason why I chose bear shaman was to get into warshaper. Warshaper has immunity to crit, extra str and con, and extra 5ft reach. I figured this would go well with the spike chain tripper idea.
As for the odd levels of fighter, I have no real answere other than trying to qualify for FB. It would probly be better to go 2 fighter / 4 barbarian?

Fighter 2/Barbarian 1/Tome of Battle Class 3 is better

Yea,you should definitely stick as much ToB into this build as you can...

I originally thought that the spike chain tripper with 20 ft reach was the way to go, and maybe it still is.
But then I start to wonder if maybe a druid or cleric type would fill in against a caster type.
On the other hand, I could always make sure to take improved initiative. Helping me get my action first and hopefully one shot / round whatever caster I am up against.

Right now I am a bit undecisive as I have only started roleplaying about a year ago and the people I am playing with know a lot of these books like the back of their hand.
