I have a character Human Hexblade 5 and i'm thinking of optimizing it. I want to create a TWF gish with good tanking abilities. My build is Hexblade 5/Sorc 1/Abj Champion 5/Eldritch Knight 9; On lvl 20: Bab +19, CL 19, Able to cast 7 lvl arcane spells.
Stats: Str 14 Dex 10 Con 14 Int 8 Wis 10 Cha 17 (lvl +1) - You see we don't use pb system, but choose each stat from 8 to 18 with 72 in sum on 1st lvl.
Feats:
1) Imr Init
4) TWF (Master allowed me to take this feet without pre-reqs )
7) ITWF
10-20 (including eldritch knight bonus feat)
Help with feats, spells i should take and so on.
Sorry for my awful english)

I think a Hexblade is aweful for a Gish type.

With Gishes as well they take alot of planning from like 1-20. I dont know much about Hexblades so I cant help you on that front, but I suggest you talk to your DM and see if you can recreate your character. Because A Hexblade/sorcerer is aweful but thats my personal opinion anyways.

I'd highly suggest the Suel Arcanamach PrC. It is in Complete Arcane, and Hexblade is one of the best entries for it. There is also a Suel Arcanamach handbook you should check out, if it interests you.

look at the mystic ranger in dragon mag 336 and the Sword of the Arcane Order feat in champions of valor. This gives you spell casting as a ranger at 1st lvl and at 4th level you can cast ranger and sor/wiz spells as a divine caster no arcane failer in light armor. very nice set up and your caster lvl stacks for any levels of wizard.

Hexblade 5/Fighter 1/Suel Arcanamach 1/Abjurant Champion 5/Suel Arcanamach +2/Spellsword 3/Eldritch Knight 1/XXXXX 2

Suggestions to end with could be Lion Totem Barb for pounce among other things...just get whatever abilities you want as long as you go full BAB with those last couple level.

Dual Wield bludgeoning weapons, hit em with greater might wallop. Depending how your DM handles quarterstaves (are they one weapon or two?), arcane strike might be nice, knowledge devotion is very cool if you can get some good points in knowledge skills.

If you can switch from Hexblade there are some other cool entries into that build, but Hexblade works well enough. Some good CHA synergy here.

ps: I didn't look at Hexblade 6....if it gets something good you can drop the fighter 1 and take Hexblade 6.

You really should check out the Suel Arcanamach handbook.

Looks like a pretty good gish build, sure there are better out there but given you're already 5th level this could work. I really would ditch two weapon fighting, pick up a Greatsword and go with Power Attack at 3rd and Arcane Strike at 12th level. Combine that with Wraithstrike spell and you're doing some massive damage.

Thanks for useful posts)
2everyone: I can't rebuild this character
What feats could you advise?
2Mister_Crowley: Thanks for idea, but I don't want to pick up a greatsword, because of some homerules: any weapon other then longsword is improvised for my char but I can fight with 2 ls's only at a -1/-1 penalty with TWF feat and don't have to make the off-hand weapon light)
