Hi there!
Here I got this new character.
Race: Human.
ECL: 1
Manuals: Core and Complete only.
Stats:
Str: 8
Dex: 15
Con: 9
Int: 11
Wis: 16
Cha: 12

Awkward huh?
I think my only choice is to go for a druid. But I need serious optimization help since I don't really know this class very well. Startin by feats to take at level 1.

I would say Druid is your best bet. With the abilities of Wild Shape your poor strength and con are not a problem and your high wis will make your spells all the more potent. The next best thing is probably a ranged cleric as you said.

I think Druid is the only decent thing in order to get a nice charop. I still need a lot of help xD

My normal human Druid progression:

1) Spell Focus (Conjuration), Track
3) Augment Summoning
6) Natural Spell
9) Extend Spell
12) Heighten Spell
15) Empower Spell
18) Silent Spell

12 through 18 are in mutable order.  Some folks ignore Track and take Extend at 1st.

I'm not that good with druids having never played one, but I know that they are one of the main power houses in 3.5 along with the wizard. Try this thread it should help

To be honest, core-only druid is all kinds of powerful on its own. It's a pity that other than WIS the other two reasonably high stats, DEX and CHA are basically dump stats for a druid who'll be wild shaping most of the time (which I assume you will be in order to couteract your low STR). Are you set on a race? It may be worth going for something with a CON bonus to up your survivabillity a bit, expecially with the polymorph erata making it important for you.
