Sep 20, 2008 18:56:54 What is the absolutly quickest way to obtain this class feature, and and which book are they found?

Still trying to get back into 3 dozen books... not easy.

Forest Reeve 4, ecl 9, Complete Champion - natural terrain, called "camouflage"

While the class ability is called camouflage it specifically states that you can hide even while being observed -> the ability is actually hide in plain sight, not camouflage.

Then of course there's the item that gives you the dark creature template for 10 minutes a day if items are your thing.
