Just for some further restrictions (its kind of arbitrary), for the sake of example, lets assume elite array for starting stats (15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8), full HP at 1st, and 1/2 max HP + 1 per level afterwards, and think along full 20th level builds. I'll start: Halfling Rogue 16 / Fighter 4 (Ranged) Str 10, Dex 22 (5 from leveling), Con 15, Int 10, Wis 14, Cha 8 3 fighter bonus feats, armor training, 10 other feats, 8 Rogue talents (4 normal, 4 major), 18 (!) class skills, 8d6 Sneak Attack, Trapfinding, Trap Sense +5, Evasion, Uncanny Dodge, Improved Uncanny Dodge Class Skills: Acrobatics (Dex), Appraise (Int), Climb (Str), Deception (Cha), Disable Device (Int), Disguise (Cha), Escape Artist (Dex), Intimidate (Cha), Linguistics (Int), Perception (Wis), Stealth (Dex), Survival (Wis), Theft (Dex), and Use Magic Device (Cha), any 3 others! (THIS IS WAY TOO MANY!!!) Rogue Talents: Slow Reactions, Minor Magic, Surprise Attack, Bleeding Attack Crippling Strike, Dispelling Attack, Opportunist, Slippery Mind Feats: TWF, Weapon Finesse, Dodge, Careful Targeting, Exact Targeting, PBS, Precise Shot, Rapid Shot, Wind Stance, Deadly Aim Net result: BAB +16, Dex to ranged damage, +8d6 sneak attack, concealment (granting stealth check) when moving >5 feet, ignores cover and concealment, has 5 attacks in a full-round. So... contribute, don't contribute, do you think this has a place here, etc? |

| #5SenevriMar 29, 2008 6:04:36 | I am liking the "Near Omniscience" of Divination school. Evocation's Elemental Power is very nasty too, as it turns immunity to a resistance of 20. Now how much fire damage could a wizard pump out, again? ...meh, all the abilities are tasty. Making cantrips at-will SLAs is an interesting idea. |
| #6blopeMar 29, 2008 13:36:23 | I like the new 'free' blasting abilities available from some of the wizard specialties. The damage is low, but you can use it to sneak attack in a wiz/rogue build. |
