How about them Dragoons?

With the release of 3.5's final books, how would the dragoon builds change? A level of barbarian for pounce is a seeming must and a level of cloistered cleric is spiffy for Knowledge and Travel devotions, but what beyond that?

Assume a 30 point buy with all 3.5 and unupdated 3.0 source material available. (One trait and no flaws allowed.) I'll take suggestions from "Dragon," but I'd prefer not to use it. This character begins at ECL4 and probably won't exceed ECL10.

While I'm away from my books at present, this is my first serious attempt at a 3.5 complex martial character build.

Ebony the Dragoon
Take 3

28 Point Buy Stats At L4: 14/14/14/14/13/8
(L4 point increases DEX)

PREREQUISITE, {Trait}, (Class Feature), Feat

The bolded area is where I'm likely to play. I underlined my starting classes.

Raptoran Feat Rogue1/Cleric1 (Time Domain & Travel Devotion)/Psychic Warrior1/Barbarian1 (Lion Totem)/Warblade4/Psychic Warrior+1/Blade Dancer1/Warblade+10

1: {Aggressive?}, Battle Jump, (Power Attack)
2: (Improved Initiative, Travel Devotion, Turn/Rebuke Undead 2/day)
3: Dodge, (Up the Walls)
4: (Pounce, Whirling Frenzy)
6: Leap Attack
9: Mobility, Spring Attack
12: FEAT

-=MANEUVERS & STANCES=-
(to complete: Includes White Raven Tactics, Iron Heart Surge, and Time Stands Still)

-=QUESTIONS=-
1: Which Faerunian deities have Travel and Time as domains?
2: From Tiger Claw, I'm working toward Raging Mongoose. For Iron Heart, I want Iron Heart Surge. For Diamond Mind, I want Moment of Alacrity and the maneuvers that subsitute Concentration checks for saves. What stances and other maneuvers are high priorities?
3: How can I get more swift actions per turn?
4: I envision Ebony using a lance or spear, but would a blunt weapon like a greatclub be better for damage overall?
5: If I don't go full warblade after psychic warrior, which classes work best in what order?

-=GEAR=-
NOTE: Items are purchased at 75% because of a friend with Mercantile Background. Nonmagical craftable items are crafted at 1/3 market price. Also, coins are weightless.

My favourite dragoonish combo is:
Bounding Assault strike from Diamond Mind
+ Leading the Charge stance from White Raven
+ big-ass piercing weapon (ie a ripper)
+ raptoran or dragonborn flight for double damage diving charge
+ Improved Flight feat

You pop off Bounding Assault to fly up 15-20 feet and come right back down, triggering anything charge related. With pounce, whirling frenzy, and Deep Impact, you could be landing a lot of attacks all at double damage without a single skill check. Battle Jump and Leaping Attack would just make it insaner.

I'm now a Raptoran (Wow!) with some gear selected.

FWIW, I went dragonborn warforged. Flight with Adamantine Body is just fun.

My dragoon build is fighter 1/divine mind 1/warblade X. Divine mind is a surprisingly nice dip with the +1/+1 attack aura, +10' untyped speed from Freedom mantle, d10 hp, and 2 good saves. We started at low level, so I needed the fighter level to get the feats asap. If I was less concerned about ticking off my DM and we were higher level, I'd sub it for lion totem barb in a flash.

Take 3 is up, though I was rushed.

Which L1 powers do you advise I take at levels 3 and 9? Expansion was my first choice, though it lasts a piddly 1 round/level. It seems better as my L9 than L3. At L3, I intended to take force screen since that seemed most useful as a 'panic button,' though vigor is my third choice. (I have only 1 PP at L3 and wish to remain psionically focused for Up The Walls.)

Which L1 cleric spells seem most useful? My current list is cure light wounds, lesser vigor, sanctuary, and shield of faith.

you NEED that stuns on a jump-strike maneuver from tiger claw.

Hustle is usually recommended -- was it a first-level power, I don't recall.

Hustle is a L2 psywar power or a L3 egoist power. An item of that would help but probably won't be available in this time crunch campaign.

How can I stun after charging, leaping, or attacking?

There's a maneuver that does that in Tome of Battle. It's a Tiger Claw one. It can also trivially easily have an unbeatable save DC, since it's keyed to your jump result.

Unfortunately, that maneuver (Swooping Dragon Strike) requires more than I may want to invest in Tiger Claw as a warblade.
