I am in the need of this feat as it is a requirement for the infinite and exceptional deflection epic feats.I have to find it without investing levels except if it is one level also providing me with a bonus feat.I have already (ab)used taint and faustian pact systems in order to gain more feats so I'm out of ammo at the moment.The suplements used are any 3.5 official noncampainspecific WotC DnD books (except Unearthed Arcana),as well as books updated by the updating booklets and books' web enhancements but not articles.

There's an item that gives you that. 10K, from Dragon Magic or Draconomicon, IIRC. It also gives you Imp. Crit for that, or an increased damage die, but I don't remember which it is. It's a ring.
If you can invest one level only if it gives you an extra Feat, then you can just put one level into Monk if you are Lawful, as that will give you Improved Unarmed Strike and an extra Feat.
It's also eligible to be a Fighter bonus feat, so one level of fighter would give it to you.
I'm assuming magic items are out for the purposes of needing it to qualify for a prestige class or feat chain.
A wish or miracle spell might also do the trick, depending on the kindness of your DM. Or you could use the retraining rules from PHB 2 if there's an existing feat you have that you can afford to lose.
You might also consider working with your DM for a campaign-specific workaround. If you let him know you are interested in this feat, maybe he could introduce an artifact or special magic effect that you can quest for that will grant it to you.

I actually realised what an irony would it be to search everywhere and for the answer to be right in front of me.Unfortunately the monk was the first ineffective idea I personally came up with in the first place.

Monk does give you Improved Unarmed Strike. It's listed in "Unarmed Strike" not under "Bonus Feat": "At 1st level, a monk gains Improved Unarmed Strike as a bonus feat." (PHB p. 41)
Not sure what you meant by fighter not being eligible per the original requirements. It is a single level that gives a bonus feat, which you allowed for. Was there some other prohibition we missed?

Fanged Ring. And magic items work perfectly well to qualify for things with. You just lose access if you lose the item.
Hell, you could technically just use the Heroics spell to gain IUS to qualify for the feats, and recast it when you want to use them.

The original requirements were a class that provides the improved unarmed strike and a bonus feat.
They seemed to be too crazy to be abided with so I considered not expressing them saying that level investiture was not possible.
Then a female friend of mine injected the idea that if there was such a class (one that gives you the Imp Un Strk AND a bonus feat) it would be good for us to be reminded of its existence.

OK then.
That pesky ring should suffise.The heroics would be more difficult to aquire (in a daily basis) especially in it's persistent form.
I would prefer a more stable way to get the feat but one can't have it all I suppose.

You could look at the Martial Monk variant from Dragon 310 and see if that does it for you? You get the fighter bonus feat list to choose your monk bonus feat from, and the last sentence of the monk bonus feat text (which lets you ignore prerequisits) doesn't hurt here either. Pluss a few other minor changes.

I was going to suggest the monk fighting style variants in Unearthed Arcana... till I saw it was not allowed. Same thing with Oriental Adentures.
