Ogre Mage?  Savage Species has a progression from level 1 for it, I think.  Vampire Spawns have Fast Healing, which is similar to Regeneration, except if someone lops your arm off it's NOT growing back.  Or are you talking a regular PC, not a monstrous?

The Shriver magical location found in fiendish codex II in the description of the layer of phlegethos(4th layer) gives regeneration to humanoids or monstrous humanoids.

The corrupt acts are not nessesarily evil acts (like casting an evil spell for a nonevil use) otherwise the the malconvoker prestige class(complete scoundrel) would be nonexistent.

As such there is no need for you to change alignment if you play it clever and it's easy to keep the abilities otherwise (just do the regular killing of bad guys and it should do the trick) OR cast up to nine evil spells once every 99 days for nonevil purposes(even purery egoistical  ones but not harming others in the meantime).

The Flux Adept PrC (Dragon Compendium) grants Regeneration 1 at 10th level.

In addition, according to Surreal's Lists of Stuff, there's a feat you can take called Troll-Blooded in Dragon 319 that grants Regen 1. I don't have access to the magazine, however, so it may have some strange requirements that I don't know about.

Regeneration an be added to any character for a +2 level adjustment. Look on page 16 and 17 of savage species. This is the list one of my DM uses when making monsters or making mutations in a humanoid character. this covers lots of cool stuff like fast healing as well.

Hehe why would you want to do that bravehaert? Cry

Note the savage species text ARE VERY VAGUE GUIDELINES. Troll Blooded is the way to go. Otherwise fast healing is much easier to attain.

It's a regional Greyhawk feat, meaning that your character must fulfill the regional requirements (outlined in the article). It also can only be taken at level 1.

While it provides a fantastic benefit, it has two downsides: you need Toughness as a prerequisite feat (restricting your race to human unless you use flaws) and it also makes you fatigued in sunlight.

If you can swing it, it's definately worth it. If not, shoot for fast healing instead, as PlzBreakMyCampaign suggested.

re: regional feats: spend 2 ranks in Knowledge (Local [place name]) to qualify for specific regional feats.

addendum: 29-01-10, 09:53, -8 GMT, will check PGtF.

Intrerestingly, the regional feats in question function slightly differently than the PGtF regional feats. E.g., they do generally not need to be taken at 1st level (although, this partiuclar one you have to take at 1st).

It's within the power of the spell, yes. EDIT: Wish or Miracle, that is. Not limited wish. Entirely up to your DM, though.

Just don't wish for anything higher than, oh, Regen 3 or so and hope that he doesn't see fit to turn you into a retarded infant troll.
