If the means to the (latter's) achievement is via a (cheap =< 900 GP) item, I'd be ecstatic. Otherwise, it'd have to be a feat whose effect remains for at least one level to be retrained, Psychic Reformed, or DCFSed. On that note, anyone mind giving me the price of those 3 tricks off-hand?
#2 themadalchemist Jan 24, 2010 8:15:03	Well...beguilers can get Spell Focus without any tricks, I know that.  Probably only in Divination, Enchantment, Illusion or Transmutation, though, cause I don't think they have any Abjuration, Conjuration, Evocation, or Necromancy spells...
#3 NiteCyper Jan 25, 2010 0:23:27	EUREKA! Rod of Shadowblending from Complete Mage lets you transform Minor Image to Shadow Conjuration (it's as broken as it sounds). Now, I need to figure out how to buy one for 9k GP at level 1... Uh... What feats would help me do this? Craft? I don't have a spellbook to sell. Addendum: Nevermind; I'm considering this in terms of those arena rules, and I don't think they'd allow buying a 9k GP item at level 1...
