One of my players in a humor game is wanting to play Santa. Because the idea made me laugh so hard, I allowed it. Now, the question is how to represent it? Is he literally a "jolly old elf" a la Night Before Christmas, or a fey sorcerer with a legion of gnome magewrights via leadership? Any ideas will be helpful, and I mean anything, as this is mostly a fun/humor project.

Thanks in advance.

ranger5/beastmaster9/horizonwalker6 for unlimited dimension doors (how else do you think the fat man fits through those chimmies) and a bunch of reindeer animal companions

The only way to actually reasonably make that many toys and deliver them all in one night to billions of people would be to make good use of a Flowing Time Genesis plane... probably timeless too. If he's a Shadowcraft Mage, he could cast Genesis a bunch of times with no cost and that way get plenty of free materials, which he could then use Fabricate on to make toys. Then he could spam Gate spells to deliver the toys. With fast enough Flowing Time, it could absolutely work.

Lessee, Time Stop/Temporal Acceleration. You have 2,880 rounds to visit very many people. Also, you cannot teleport, but must actually travel the distance between. Hm. Time Regression + that epic rod which negates some XP cost? If you twin TR, you can even go back _two_ rounds...
A souped-up bag of holding...

This all looks fantastic, but the adventure is at level 9, so the full level 20 builds are out of his reach right now. I was advising artificer or maybe warlock with a fluff change. Any advice?

@ _V_ That is hilarious, and would work well, except the player hates druids, so no dice

Thanks again

Human Artificer with maxed Craft (Trapmaking). He builds a bunch of teleport traps, possibly with a contingency trigger, to deliver goodies at the appointed time, and his scrolls of simulacrum and his legion of followers from Leadership make it look like some magical fat man is delivering toys.

That's my explanation. Were I that powerful, I'd let someone else work Christmas Eve.

9th level? Lessee...

1. Leadership. An army of elves with Skill focus Craft(toys). Cohort ALSO has leadership (I think it's 3 levels lower, so it just qualifies.)
Make the cohort an Artificier.
2. Bag of Holding, obviously.
3. Phantom Steed?
4. A decent set of spells. Invisibility, Passwall, stuff like that.
