| #1who8mybrownieJul 20, 2009 15:08:19 | So what started off as a joke between me and my DM has actually received the go-ahead if i can figure it out. Books available: PH1&2, DMG1&2, Eberron (all), Complete (all), Races of (all), ToB, and with a little persuasion UA, BoED, PH, XPH. I was thinking of having him take the Non-verbal spell from PH but that still requires some noise. Any ideas. If the bard is not going to be silenced by SILENCE then i need some other downside to his class so that he is not too powerful. For instance I was thinking that there could be a 20%ish chance of spell failure because my target was not looking at me. The character would be 8th lvl. |

| #7hsienJul 21, 2009 16:46:39 | Start of with 4 walls of force, for the classic mime performance. Then a silence spell to make sure he stays in character for when panic sets in, and then you take the.... Oh, sorry I misunderstood the subject title. |

Things like counter song for illusions, perform based confusion effects etc, really quite nifty. I'm playing a pathfinder bard right now in a campaign and find them a riot |
