New game starting up soon and everyone decided to go with an evil gestalt game but he made a revision of the rules cause he wanted to see how one guys deathknight kind of character would play out... ready for it?.... he removed the Prc restriction about only one prc at a time.... ok so now this opens up a whole slew of possabilitys i was originaly going to make a ogre (home made) x5, warhulk 10, hulking hurler 3, x2 // Barbarian 20 now with the possability to wreak more havok i am just not shure what to do. I know i want to stay non spell casting and kind of want to avoid manuvers. BTW the ogre gets +10 str -2 dex + 4 con -2 int - 4 cha. large size. darkvision 60'. and +5 NA oh yea and no level adjustment.... yea it is to good to pass up So anyone have any sugestions they could shoot my way i would greatly appreciate it. |

If your not using LA, then check out a Brass(or Iron) half-golem., they get a +12 STR, immuneity to spells & SLA, & their pretty much unstoppable, especially if you go Barbarian/Frenzied Beserker or even throw in the orc paragon (if you go Half Orc). Without all those restrictions your going to butcher everything you come in contact with (& possibly your party). With a Half-Golem Barbarian//Orc Paragon/Frenzied Beserker you'll be a living, non breathing entity of Raging chaos, so you should check it out, lol. I hope this helps. |

| #4kypriothOct 10, 2009 13:39:56 | well once you get the frenzied barbarian levels through, you can go pretty much anywhere. Seriously, with rules like that, the DM is just asking for world domination. |
| #5datenshi_no_kaiOct 10, 2009 13:52:32 | I agree with Kyprioth whole-heartedly, there's really no way to go wrong at the moment, but if your DM balanced everything out then I'm assumeing your going to fight some pretty rough monsters. Have you considered having a totemist on one side? Or the Bear warrior PrC? It's prereqs aren't bad, and five levels gives you +16 to strength, among other things. It does make equipment harder, especially if your DM doesn't approve wild armor or wild clasps functioning (they don't, by RAW). |
| #6daken201Oct 10, 2009 14:54:23 | i thought the bear warrior said that the Str bonus replaces not stacks with that of frenzy and rage. totemist is an idea i hadent thought about though the campaign is kind of an anti game we are the villins and he is sending the heros after us...but with the characters we will be playing i think the angelic armys might be more appropreate lol |
