I'm attempting to build a lycanthrope character and having a heck of a time trying to get around the low hit points and BAB. So far, I think I have something that will work, but I'd love some input on it. Here it is, with a running tally of ECL.

Human
Natural lycanthrope (ECL=3)
Riding Dog (ECL=5)
Fighter-2 (ECL=7)
Ninja-2 (ECL=9)
Warshaper-5 (ECL=14)
Duelist-1 (ECL=15)

That leaves 5-8 levels (If I can buy off the 3 for natural lycanthropy) for other stuff. While this doesn't help too much with BAB or hit points, I think the AC gets boosted enough (Dex, Int and Wis to AC) that low Hit Points shouldn't be too much of a problem, but more would be nice.
Hitting anything at this level is going to be a problem. The total BAB from everything is only a 12, just 1 ahead of a cleric of equal level.

For feats, I will need Dodge, mobility and weapon finesse (all three for duelist). That will give me 4 feats left over to cover weak points (Up to 6 feats, if the DM allows flaws from UE).

Any advice would be welcome. The only book that isn't allowed is The Book of Nine Swords, but I might be able to talk the DM into letting me use some things out of it.

Thank you for your time.

Why Riding Dog over a Murder of Crows? Then you have flying and immunity to Slashing and Piercing weapons when in Swarm form, and in case of Wizard you use Hybrid.
