I keep hearing people talking about Font of Inspiration for the Factotum

But I can't find it in any of my books and I'm pretty sure I've got (or at least have access to) all of the first party books.

Ah, that would be because it's only available in an online article. Pretty sneaky, huh? Check the Archives.

This could take a while, anyone want to point me in a more specific direction? I'm looking through but there is a lot of stuff here. Even a year would help.

Hehe, no problem. It's a bit like Pun-Pun, people come about asking it every now and then, so I already have it bookmarked for the sole purpose of linking it to people.

So the way I'm reading it, taking the feat twice actually gives you 3 additional inspiration points. Am I getting that right?

Yes, that is how it works; the points are cumulative. Neat, huh?

I've houseruled that the feat can only be taken a maximum of 3 times. 4 isn't really outrageous, but it is unnecessary I feel. More than 4 that will get out of hand quickly.

Well, Factotums have other feats to get as well. There is no need for five Fonts.

Godsblood Spelltheft has been overlooked... a while. Are there any domains those deities offer that have divine power on them? If so, we can make a very strong triple threat by taking Godsblood Spelltheft on the standard Spellthief (master spellthief) / Wizard/ Unseen Seer/ Incantatrix

Red Knight has War domain, I would say the others have no access to Divine power, but I might be wrong.

If you cap it to the intelligence modifier then it tends to self-govern anyway in normal-powered games.

And it is capped that way anyway.

Personally, I find 3 is about the right amount, but I often take a 4th just to make sure I've got plenty.

If your DM allows the updated list from realmshelps, several of them have access to Pride, which has DP on it (Nobanions and Bane both do, I know), and a few have access to War (Anhur, the Red Knight, and Torm all do). A few of them also have access to Luck, which has Miracle on it. Now, I wouldn't necessarily recommend blowing a 9th for divine power normally, but since it may be an enemy's spell you stole that you're blowing, that may not be such a bad thing.

That is a good find...I like it a lot. A lawat even.
