When I started playing I thought that a first level dip on warblade would be nice, for HP and Weapon Apt. Turn outs that now I see I should have waited until Sw8... and then grabed the Wb lvl, and that way getting Iron Heart surge and other goodies.

My stats are:
Str - 18
Dex - 17
Con - 14
Int - 13
Sab - 17
Car - 13
- My char is THF focused, I can't change my class levels, but the DM gave me permission to change feats and manouvers... I can use any book (except incarnum).
- I just reached level 7, but I still Sw5/Wb1, so this next lvl can go in sw or wb, but I think sw is better...
- I'm human so it means four feats, I only want to keep Power attack, the others can be changed.

So guys, I really need help to make this guy damage effective... any suggestions will be apreciated.

Sorry about my english...

Firstly, follow the link in ye olde sig.

Secondly, what maneuvers have you got currently? Can they be changed? You can still get IHS from either a feat, or from a maneuver granting item, or just from taking more Warblade.

Is "Sw" Swashbuckler or Swordsage? I'd assume Swordsage but "Sw" usually means Swashbuckler round here. Can you drop down to Swordsage 4? If you do that then Swordsage 4 / Warblade 16 will end up getting 9th level maneuvers, and have BAB +19, so that'd be my suggestion.

For feats, Leap Attack + Shock Trooper + Combat Brute is common for THF builds for some devastating charges (use Wall of Blades to cover up your appalling AC when using Heedless Charge).

Warblade 1 Power Attack, Improved Bull Rush
Swordsage 1 Weapon Focus*
Swordsage 2 Adaptive Style
Swordsage 3
Swordsage 4
Swordsage 5 Leap Atack
Barbarian 1 Lion Totem (Complete Champion - gets you pounce)
Warblade 2
Warblade 3 Extra Rage
Warblade 4
Warblade 5 Combat Reflexes (B)
Warblade 6 Shock Trooper
Warblade 7
Warblade 8
Warblade 9 Robilar's Gambit, Ironheart Aura (B)
Warblade 10
Warblade 11
Warblade 12 Stormguard Warrior
Warblade 13 Improved Initiative (B)
Warblade 14
* either Stone Dragon/White Raven for wielding a Bastard Sword or Tiger Claw for a Greataxe

That'll get you IHS at level 8 and WRT at level 9, charging tricks with pounce, Rage 3/day, Robilar's/Stormguard tricks for higher levels and a 9th level maneuver at character level 20 (Time Stands Still is best imo).

I'll leave the maneuvers to you, but what I'd recommend is a couple of Diamond Mind and Tiger Claw with Swordsage to help qualify for later Warblade ones.

If you don't like Stormguard then I'd recommend either Martial Stance or Martial Study for an extra high level maneuvers. Otherwise, use maneuver granting items to get some extra tricks. The novice ones are fantastic value, use MIC rules to add your stat boosters on to them, and then maybe some of the more expensive versions to get higher level maneuvers for the Swordsage side (e.g. Leaping Flame, Shadow Blink).
