Ask your DM if he can go into a class called Witch Slayer from Tome of Magic. In the Adaptation paragraph, it talks about making it slay evil instead of Binders. Which is cool if your campaign doesn't involve Binders.

It also has a high Will save, Mettle, and Slippery Mind. Pretty good as a defensive class.

The real problem is that he backed himself into a corner with feats. I immediately thought of Suel Archanamach, for Dispelling Strike, but he doesn't meet the prerequisites.

Well he is an evil character so slaying evil isnt too high on his list of priorities.

Also Pierce Magical Protection is like a mini version of dispelling strike it gets rid of any AC bonus from Magical Sources.

Plus he has empty mind from Occult Slayer so most of the time he doesnt have to make will saves.

Well, how evil are we talking here? Paladin of Tyranny or Slaughter evil? Charisma to saves, ability to take divine feats like Divine Might.

Honestly, I've got nothing.

On a cheeky note.. Where's Improved Initiative??

On a more serious note.. What does he enjoy doing? Does he use armour? What do you/he see this character doing?

Truly smart evil will want ways to slay EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY other evil. They are sneaky and conniving and far more dangerous than the normally predictable and honorable goody goody types.

Being Evil feeds on it's own as much as it does on good. Nothing wrong with learning how to kill evil better.

If you're evil, you want to kill other evil. Those (now dead) people are no longer obstacles in your path.

Plus it is a good bet you can use their stuff!

Amen, Gilfalas. What good is that sweet metamagic rod going to do in that corpses hands? I better take that and make sure to put it to good use.

Ooops i messed up typing had Imp Crit on the mind

He usually beats people half to death with his greatsword then increases his size and grapples then crushes the life out of them.

He then proceeds to use their corpse as a weapon.(if they are medium or smaller)

So he has been making the joke for quite some time out of character and recently he has been going through with it in character...

he likes to eat peoples hearts after he kills them to..."gain their warrior strength"

are there any PrC's even remotely similar to this act?

I told him we could work on something homebrew if not but, I'd like know if anyone knows of anything I could use instead....

also anything ideas for other options are fine.

If the character is BAAAAAAD, why not Warrior of Darkness (BoED). He already speaks Abyssal; taking Iron Will as his 12th level feat will hopefully qualify him (need some skills too). It is not a too optimized option, but it certainly is veeery eeeevil.

Zing!!!

How about the Trophy hunter feat, then? Seems appropriate.

I notice that power attack seems to be missing. I can only assume that's a typo.... :D

Or the next up on the mage-slayer tree.

Or the occult slayer PrC?

How about going one better? Hearts are for wussies, what he wants to eat are souls. ;)

Soul Eater (Book of Vile Darkness) requires Alertness and Weapon Focus (claws or bite), so it would require some retraining, but it is the logical next step if he's into absorbing the strength of his enemies.

You know almost everyone loves Bloodstorm Blade. It might not be "optimal" especially at this point, but it's still cool as hell. (tome of battle)

True we discussed that actually, and its pretty close to what we were going for... I was just hoping there was something else close to it.
