If you have a 5lvl Factotum who has more then 2 levels in Chameleon, cant you have your bonus feat be Divine Persist? with Opportunistic Peity, you got as many turns as you need, whats that you have 10 inspiration points... go find a combat, rats are in the MM go kill them and refresh your inspirations points.

Qualification issues aside (like how it may not work since Factotum has Opportunistic Piety rather than Turn Undead).
You have 3+Wis uses per day, and you can't go over that even if you have billions of inspiration points.
