Illumian.... Higher caster level

Mar 16, 2008 18:51:11		So if I get this right with the Karu sigil I get a bonus to caster level but not an increase to spells that I can cast?

The reason is that I want to use the sigils to enter the Mystic Thurge class and I was going to use the increase in caster level to get into the class early.

Mar 16, 2008 19:04:01 		It just increases Caster Level for determining durations, checks to beat SR, number of dice to roll for damage, etc. It doesn't let you cast higher level spells, therefore it won't get you into Mystic Theurge early.

The feat Improved Power Sigil (Krau) on the other hand...
