Ok, im buying a Zepplin in a game, costs 60,000 gold.

I have about 30,000 gold left now.

What can i do to make it stronger, as far as hardness is concerned?
How can i make it Faster? Weapons?

And anything else you can think of that will help it be just better period.

Any books allowed as long as they are WOTC books.

Also, is there any way i can make wands into cannons of somekind? Stationary or otherwise, that anyone could use?

If you're a caster of some sorth (or artificer), craft homunculi and boost their UMD modifier to arm them with wands. Monte Cook did a prestige class that allows you to double the hardness of any wood items you make. this ability is avaible at ECL 9

What book, and is it a WOTC book? and what class, lol.

Mostly what i need help with is making the cloth that holds the air in it stronger and better protected, but idk how.

its called the Wildwood crafter, and no it isn't in a book of my knowledge (sadly, cuz its an awesome class)
you can see it here
check with your DM to see if he allows it.
the cloth.... how about working small slivers of mithral into the cloth? or.. dragonhide? or a UMD humunculus watchman zapping everything that threates to puncture the cloth with disintegrate?

I cant use it then. He wont allow any non wotc material.

Also, Do you know of any ways to repair the ship? The Repair chain of spells will only work on constructs, and Mending only does minor repairs.

Make whole is a Cleric2 spell.

Affect parts of the ship with animate objects to turn these parts into constructs. If the ship is mostly made of wood, animate plants and plant growth may help.

there's the gate-zeppelin from the planar handbook, and of course the lyre of building which I try to mention three times a day.

Non-wotc? Or non 3.5? Because if you go back and dig through spelljammer books I'm sure you could find a number of tidbits ripe for update to 3.5.

Edit: oh right duh, spelljammer was TSR

Every time someone mentions spelljammer, I will offer to run a spelljammer campaign. Every Time.
