| #1gargamellaJan 10, 2009 13:38:09 | Is there any way to improve the attack roll (for ranged touch attacks for spell) without using class features or feats? basically I was thinking about spell, items or items crafted based on those spells. Even simbionts, parasites or other random crap will do or a way to use int bonus instead of dex one to do that, as long as it's not a class or feat. the second option is to use spells like Magic missile that no need ranged touch attacks.... what are ur solutions? thanks a lot for your time. |
| #2almagestJan 10, 2009 13:51:25 | Off the top of my head... true strike, sure strike, cat's grace, otherwise increase your Dex, shrink in size to get size bonus to attacks. |
| #3jenosJan 10, 2009 14:31:31 | There are items to increase ranged attack rolls...stuff like warlock's scepter, pale green ioun stone, etc. Get a couple of those, and once you get to level 10 or so you shouldn't have any difficulty hitting touch AC's. |

Flaming Sphere is underrated, but it needs to be your very first action in the fight to be worthwhile. Fireball has a huge range. Wings of Flurry does force damage, and dazes opponents who fail their save. |
