I've been going over the Pharaoh's Fist feat and been itching to use it.  If it works the way I think it does, then utilizing something such as Dancing Blade Form or Adamantine Hurricane would make it truely great.

With that said, I'd love some feedback on this current "Stun-splosion" style monk.

If stunning is primary I'd go with Decisive strike, also would be great if you could add some AoO ability into it.

I like the Decisive Strike swap for the +2 to the DCs, though I don't particularly care for the full round action it takes to do (since I won't be able to do any maneuvers with it).  Also, some of the extra stunning features actually forgo the damage of the attack.  I'm not so much worried that they'll pass a save, since the more opponents are around, the more saves they'll have to make.  If they fail one, they're done for.

As far as adding AoO abilities, Warblade is giving me Combat Reflexes and the longspear does give me decent reach.  I won't have Dancing Blade Form's extra reach unless it's my turn (sadly).

This was one of the exact concepts that my group churned out not that long ago (I've started a series on these). Ours was never fully finished, though the concept - Carmendine Monk + Pharaoh's Fist + Dancing Blade Form + Serpent Strike + Pain Touch - is still there. Our approach used flaws where yours uses fighter levels. Sadly, since it wasn't finished I can't toss out a lot of help. (Honestly, yours looks JUST like a finished version of the one in our build repository - ours is actually named "AOE Stunsplosion" as well!) Ours lacked Weakening Touch and Sun School*, and worked its way up to Stormguard Warrior eventually - Channel the Storm makes your attacks MUCH more accurate - but I don't think that'd help here since it's a few feats out of your way and you're right about being feat-starved.

If you're using this on a gestalt side, why are you interested in walker of the waste? It might be more worthwhile to look into some spell support - especially effects that enlarge you or funnel targets together. I don't know of any spells that do that actively, though (I know several that do it passively, through fog or tentacles or similar, but none that simply say "targets are pulled towards the origin of the spell" or something.)

*This feat gets MUCH more interesting with swordsage levels and shadow hand teleports; one of our players is playing a monk/ninja/swordsage/shadow sun ninja with Pharaoh's Fist and this feat, and he's proven to be amazing at shutting down the enemy.

EDIT: Wait, something did come to mind (it's from a different project of ours, so it didn't occur to me at first). There's an enchantment out there (MIC, I think) that lets you attack as if you had the Whirlwind Attack feat. Using the feat itself is critical here as opposed to a whirlwind-like effect (i.e. Adamantine Hurricane), since not only does it let you attack all targets within reach, it also works as a full attack instead of "as a full round action" (i.e. it replaces a full attack as opposed to being a separate full-round action; it isn't like decisive strike). This is important because there are a number of effects out there that explicitly key off of full attacks, most dramatically pounce and shadow pounce. Your other side could easily be a swordsage/[shadow pounce class], possibly also including Sun School. This would let you use the assorted means of teleportation out there to essentially trigger a Whirlwind Attack (against everything within reach) with every action type you can find that lets you teleport.

(Example: You might go nova by using all three Shadow Hand blinks. When you appear somewhere, Sun School triggers and lets you kick the guy adjacent to you for a stunsplosion, then Shadow Pounce triggers and lets you Whirlwind with your spear for an AoE stunsplosion, then the process repeats twice more. Each blink lets you move a great distance as well, so enemies don't need to be clustered up at all. This burns through your stuns something fierce, but it's a thought, and it can be throttled back easily (i.e. Adamantine Hurricane + Shadow Bink). You'll still have a full suite of swordsage maneuvers and warblade maneuvers to draw upon once this was done. I don't remember offhand how many feats you need to get into these classes, but looking for info on Nightcrawler builds may help you develop this idea.)

The whirling enchantment is a weapon enchant in the Magic Item Compendium, as you stated Tempest. It allows the user to make a whirlwind attack as though they had the feat 3/day.

Walker in the Waste was more of a flavor thing to add, not set in stone with it.

As for the Sun School feat - the more and more I read it, the more utility I think it has, especially, as you mentioned Tempest, utilizing Swordsage on the other side.  You're also right about being feat starved, since we typically ban flaws (they are pretty absurd), I was forced to go into fighter for the additional feats.

This enchantment is going to be key, I think.

Thanks for some great input.  I'll tinker around a bit and see what else I can mess around with; and yes, you do end up blowing through your Stunning Fists ridiculously fast.  One of the main reasons I picked up Extra Stunning - just to be able to allocate enough attempts to nova a couple times per day.

So, with some minor alterations and some loose alignment restrictions, I think I'm going to go with Beguiler 6 / Rainbow Servant 10 / Beguiler +4 on the side opposite the Monk.

I was really wanting to play a Lawful Evil character (in a party full of good /neutrals) and since the DM and I love party conflict RP, he allowed Rainbow Servant to change the alignment not to require non-evil (The class will still detect chaos and detect evil will be replaced with detect good, same goes for the good domain).

Since text trumps table, Rainbow Servant will grant full casting progression to Beguiler along with adding all those delicious cleric spells (miracle anyone?).

For stats, we rolled as a group and collectively got the following array: 18, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10.  Fantastic, if you ask me!  I was thinking of assigning them in the following order:
Str: 18
Dex: 14
Con: 16
Int: 18
Wis: 10
Cha: 12

As an aside, I've been able to work Stormguard Warrior into the build, allowing for Combat Rhythm + Avalanche of Blades, Girallon Windmill Flesh Rip and the oh so tasty Time Stands Still.  A great combo to smack people around with after forcing them to make a ton of saves.

Any other thoughts / ideas to help tweak it further?

Now that I think about it, 1 level of Mindbender before progressing into Rainbow Servant would be peachy keen.
