I know of the "X stat to Y bonus" thread, but it doesn't include all feats to that affect. Case in point: Combat Insight. It's from the Epic Insights Compilation PDF and uses intelligence instead of strength for attack rolls. However the requirements are rather high: Int 19, Combat Expertise, Epic Prowess, BAB +15.
I'm building up a duskblade who's currently level 14. He's got a strength of 15, and int of 28. If there's a feat/item that would allow him to use intelligence instead of strength without the steep requirements of Combat Insight, it has illuded me. Does anyone out there know differently?

actually... it gives Int to Damage... notice:

from here:

Combat Insight

Your keen intellect allows you to place melee attacks where they will inflict the most damage.

Prerequisites: Int 19, Epic Prowess, Expertise, base attack bonus +15.

Benefit: When wielding a melee weapon, add your Intelligence modifier rather than your Strength modifier to the weapon's damage rolls.

3 levels of Swashbuckler will also do this with Finnessable weapons
