| #1SylvanPrincessAug 30, 2009 10:39:44 | still exploring different shapeshifter druid cross class options, for the fun of it.
is crossing a cleric with a druid worth it at all? say, it i did shapeshift druid 17/cleric 3? i would gain more buff spells from the cleric, and have more spells per day (up to lev 2 spells), while keeping 9th level spells for the druid. |
| #2fisharewetAug 30, 2009 11:44:42 | Off topic, but I've always hated it that there isn't a Hybrid prc for Druids and Clerics. They have them for Wizard/Druid, Bard/Druid, Cleric/Wizard, Wizard/Sorc, the whole lot!
Come on, gimmie d4s, one good save, poor BAB and progress Druid and Cleric casting! |
| #3SylvanPrincessAug 30, 2009 12:16:45 | yeah, right? i was looking but....there really isnt much. my thought is that splashing 3 levels of cleric with give me owls wisdom, bull's strength, eagles splendor, and bear's endurance, (i would have cats grace from being a druid) effectively doubling the amount of buffing spells i have. i love buffing spells |
| #4hclAug 30, 2009 22:53:07 | There is a class that advances both wizard and sorc casting simultaneously? |

No, it's not worth it. Lost caster levels are too much to give up for a few measly buff spells of questionable (low-level) value. The only exception is a single (!) level of cleric to nab Divine Metamagic: Persist. |

I'd put that in 1 package with no CL lost and call it Archivist : P
And the Ultimate Magus from Complete Mage does advance Wiz and Sor casting at the same time... |

thank you for being the only one to respond to my ORIGINAL POST lol. and thanx for the advice, ive never heard of persist, where is it? |
| #8tytalusSep 01, 2009 6:45:14 | Persistent Spell is found in Complete Arcane. Divine Metamagic is from Complete Divine. |
