Is there a way for an artificer to get extra infusions per day?

I thought I saw something similar to pearls of power for artificer infusions. Now, looking around I can't seem to find them. Was I imagining these? Or are there any similar items that grant an artificer additional infusions per day?

Rings of Master Artifice (as well as greater and lesser versions), which can be found on page 125 of the Magic Item Compendium, grant extra infusions to an artificer.

there is also an item called a minor schema in masters of eberron. It gives you access to an infusion once per day. Caster Level for the schema is the minimum needed to cast the spell (well that means squat for metamagic item, only 5 rounds to cast that persistent spell).

Cost to create the 3rd level one is 3,000 gp, 240 XP, 6 days. Or if you are a real artificer and took the artisan feats 2,250 gp and 180 xp.

Such a cheap price for a persistent spell per day.

You could raise your Intelligence, too.

Artificers can craft items with spell level higher than the normal ECL needed to cast that spell, as their ECL for crafting is 2 higher than their actual level in terms of meeting preregs, therefore, it'd be possible to craft Level 3 schema at CL 3. This would cost 3x3x400 = 3600gold. (3600/2)*3/4 = 1350gp. (3600/25)*3/4 = 108xp. 1350gp and 108xp. (Assuming the artisan feats, here.)

Wrong on two accounts.

1) Schemas have a flat cost in this case 3,000 gp and 240 xp for a 3rd level schema see magic of eberron for more info. Due to the artisan feats you reduce cost by 25% thus 2,250 gp and 180 xp.

2) Artificers are treated as 2 levels higher for the purpose of meeting pre-requsitie for items crafting. There actual caster level for the item though isn't two levels higher though when you duplicate a spell, as well as the fact they have to make it at a caster level a normal class can craft the item, see below quote.

For purposes of meeting item prerequisites, an artificer’s effective caster level equals his artificer level +2. If the item duplicates a spell effect, however, it uses the artificer’s actual level as its caster level. Costs are always determined using the item’s minimum caster level or the artificer’s actual level (if it is higher). Thus, a 3rd-level artifi cer can make a scroll of fireball, since the minimum caster level for fireball is 5th. He pays the normal cost for making such a scroll with a caster level of 5th: 5
