gives the ability to add the paladin spells in an arcane list.

Battle Blessing - Feat (Complete Champion)
reduces casting time for paladin spells, standard becomes swift, and full round becomes standard.

Here comes the question
having paladin spells on your list make you able to take the feat? If so, they are automatic quickened?

Edit: actually, it depends on whether "Paladin spells" means spells cast by a Paladin, or spells cast from the Paladin list. Ask your DM, basically.

I don't know about that, the text says you treat them as if they were on your arcane list. So you have spells that just happen to be on the Paladin list on your arcane casting class list but don't actually have any Paladin spells. Granted the phrase "Paladin spells" is vague enough to argue it either way but I thought I'd offer a differing opinion.

All that said, yeah not that great for a wizard.

how about a gish?

A scant handful would be nice (Righteous Fury gives a non-enhancement, and therefore stacking, STR boost), but for a gish, going out of your way to get Silver Pyromancer is a bad move, IMO.
