| #1PoisonAlchemistAug 31, 2010 10:33:46 | The setup: I am going to be playing a 3.5 game with a DM who is a fan of aged cheddar and ToB. Most of the party is of similar mind, and we have been told that all is fair in war. We are starting at 5th level, standard character wealth. I want to play a malconvoker named Mary, who has an item familiar which is a little lamb that follows her everywhere (the game is literary and twisted Disney themed). She is going to invest her life into this lamb so I want to make it sturdy but am not sure how best to go about it. What I have so far: Most items do not move, so I was thinking of a homonculous slightly modded to be more lamb-like and less sin-against-god-like (no wings, no poison). I wanted to have it enchanted with sanctuary and greater vigor (not sure if this is Kosher either, but it is possible for constructs to have fast healing). My DM is wondering if this is even possible, and to be honest I am not sure since it blurs the line between construct and item. Questions: Is there any more suitable magic item? How would I go about making it robust? As an aside, if it could cast glibness on me that would be fantastic. |
