Item Granting Extra Bard Song(s)?

I'm trying to get a build to work, but I need some magic item or tweak that will get me 1 extra bard song/day. Any ideas? It can't be by feat or level.

CV is Complete Adventurer. It's expensive but I'm pretty sure it's the only item that does that.
