The question is, how to make it the most effective spear-tossing broad of doom imaginable? Well, you guys know more about this game than I do, so maybe you could help me out a bit. I can't use Dragon Compendium or any of the magazine feats, races, or classes, I can however use its weapons. |

Feats should include Brutal Throw (CV), Ranged Weapon Mastery (PH2), Quick Draw, Point Blank and (Improved) Precise Shot, Rapid Shot (and Manyshot for Improved Rapid Shot, CW), (Greater) Weapon Focus/Specialization, and if your Dex is high enough (Improved, Greater) Two-Weapon Fighting and Oversized TWF (CV). If you wouldn't have a high enough Dex to get TWF, use a shield instead and get Shield Ward (PH2). I once made an encounter consisting of two Half-Dragon Dragonkin (DCN) Fighters focused on TWF javelin throwing. Improved Flight (RotW) and Improved Speed (DCN) really helped for keeping them out of the PCs' reach. Its ECL is a bit high, but as a monster it's way powerful for its CR. |

Look at something along the lines of: Azurin Feat Rogue 2/Hexblade 3/Master Thrower 3/Hellreaver 10/Master Thrower +2 1 - Weapon Focus (Javelin) 1B - Point Blank Shot 2B - Precise Shot 3 - Power Attack 6 - Tormtor School 6B - Quick Draw 9 - Shape Soulmeld (Strongheart Vest) 12 - Bonus Essentia 15 - Skewer Foe 18 - Open Greater Chakra (Waist) |
