#1 tr0llman Aug 16, 2010 7:30:17	I want to create a Warmind, using the IMO awesome feat "Dancing with shadows". Here's what I've come up with so far. Race: Kalashtar Level 1: Monk (Passive Way, UA): Bonus feat: Combat Expertise. Perform(Dance) 4, Tumble 4, Knowledge (psionics) 4, bluff 4. Feat: Monastic Training(War Mind) <--- Yes, that's cheesy. Level 2: Monk: Bonus feat: Improved Trip. Perform(Dance) 5, Tumble 5, Knowledge (psi.) 5, bluff 5. Level 3: Feat: Path of Shadows Level 4: Level 5: Must have: Knowledge psionics 8, knowledge history 2,  Level 6: War Mind 1. Feat: Dancing with Shadows .... Level 9: War Mind 4. Feat:Tashalatora (War Mind). ***** I'm looking for advice on feats and classes, and tricks to get the skill ranks I need. If I could get Dancing with Shadows at level 5, I could take Tashalatora at level 6. The skills I need are performance (for Dancing with Shadows), knowledge (psionics and history) (for War Mind), Concentration and Autohypnosis (for Tashalatora).
#2 spiral_rider_h Aug 16, 2010 13:23:47	The feat Education will help in regards to the knowledge ranks you need. Concentration and Perform are monk class skills, so no problem there. Autohypnosis is the only skill you'd have to pay cross-class then (or just grab it when you enter War Mind). To conserve on skill ranks, I'd suggest just putting the five points in Concentration you need for Tashalatora, and using the option to make Perform (dance) checks to manifest defensively. I'd came up with a War Mind Tashalatora before. I was going to have him enter Fist of The Forest as well, creating some kind of guru-like character. His reading of the Talariic Texts and his ability to live off the land would bring him "enlightenment." It will probably be a fun character to play.
