I've been working on a character concept for an upcoming game and was wondering if you would all be so kind as to give suggestions to improve it.

After reading OotS, I've really wanted to play a kobold, especially a kobold oracle. That is the premise, in a nut shell. Aside from divination, I wanted to have him focus on buffing/healing. Here is what I have so far:

Lawful Good, Venerable, Earth Kobold(UA)
3 Cloistered Cleric(UA)/ 6 Church Inquisitor(CD)/ 5 Divine Oracle(CD)/ 5 Paragnostic Apostle(CC)/ 1 ?

Attributes(32 point buy, with racial and age adjustments)
Wis 20 (+3)
Con 12(-2)
Cha 16(+3)
Str 12(-2)6
Int 12(+3)
Dex 9

Domains
Planning(Extend Spell)
Fate(Uncanny Dodge)-this, with Diving Oracle nets Improved UD
Knowledge(from cloistered cleric)
Inquisition(guess from where)
Oracle (guess again)

Feats
1st Dreadwrought (Platinum aspect, for +2 concentration) (RotD)-kind of cheesy, but I am only using it to gain venerable age.
3rd Skill Focus(Knowledge Religion): for Divine Oracle
6th Knowledge Devotion (CC)
9th Persistent Spell (CAr)
12th Divine Metamagic (CD)
15th ?
18th ?

Most of this was assembled from what I gleaned from here.
Undead will not be a major part of the campaign, so most of my turn attempts will be used for Divine Metamagic. Obviously, I will invest in Divine Power to compensate for physical inadequacies.

So is there anything glaringly stupid about what I have so far? What about feats? Also, do the bonuses to divination spells from Cloistered Cleric and Oracle Domain stack?

Ummmm, I would drop what your looking for right there.  Drop Church Inquisitor and Paragnostic Apostle.  If you want to be an ultimate healer I highly suggest you going with the 'Radiant Servant of Pelor' or whatever god you worship.  That PRC at 10th lvl gives you a Maximize and empower healing spells all the time without increasing Caster level.  I would say thats pretty darn nasty specailly if your going with a Healer/Buffer type.

Thats my 2 cents.

Screw that. By the time you actually get that benefit, you can cast HEAL, which trumps those spells in every way, even if they are maximized, for in-combat healing. And for out of combat healing, you don't use spell slots (unless it is the end of the day, and you know there are no more encounters). You use wands of Lesser Vigor (or you just persist a Mass Lesser Vigor, and forget about it).

RSoP is strictly inferior to the PrCs he is taking, and besides he said that healing was a secondary focus of the character. His main focus is Divination.

Class/PrC looks similar to one I did awhile ago, I was going just for large volume of Domains
Can't recall exact details, but it provided an interesting mix of when certain Div spells were available.

Check out Contemplative, and see if that would mesh with what you have.

Stacking:
Bonuses from different sources and differnt types (or no type ) stack.
iirc, those bonuses to div spells meet those pre-reqs.
