Lady's Gambit allows you to sacrifice an amount of hit points equal to your character level. Each damage roll you do for 1 round gets a bonus to attack and damage equal to half the hit points sacrificed.

I'm human, wizard5/war mage (DL) 5 / Force Missile5/Argent Savant 1
My feats are:
Eschew Materials
Combat casting
Power attack --> pre req for ledy's
Weapon focus (ranged spells)
Iron Will --> pre req for Ledy's
Empower spell* --> from War Mage
Arcain Thesis (dardi)
Enlarge Spell*--> from War Mage
Knowledge Devotion
Twin spells
Ledy's Gambit

my question is:
there is a way to fast heling the hit points i lose to activate Ledy's Gambit?
I thought Polymorph any object on me to get an hight fast healing or items...
as i can't change feats i'm afraid... i could change olnly twin spells and get a rod...

No, you use the better, but it stacks with regeneration.

Note that while the Power Attack prereq does push this feat in the direction of people who hit things with other things, the bonuses are to ALL attack rolls and ALL damage rolls, not just those using weapons.

Delay Death + Diehard + this = LOL

Then die and come back via (Contingent) Revivify. :D

Delay Death + Diehard + Virtually Anything = LOL

This one's pretty good, though. +10 atk / +10 dmg for a single feat at lvl 20? Yes plz.

Oh it's capped at CL for the hit point loss. I didn't see that the first time. :P

Ahh, yeah. Now your first post makes sense. Uncapped would be epic.

As-is, I could see it as an alternative means of fueling power attack, though certainly not as good as Shock Trooper.

Can't find the original thread about this feat. Too bad, it had some novel ideas.

Just an idea here, but temporary hitpoints could be used for this. I am not quite if this works, so shoot my idea down if it does: Get Regeneration with Polymorph or some other spell, cast False life/Heart of Earth/whatever, spam Lady's gambit, take nonlethal damage that starts eating your temporary hitpoints. Soon Regen heals those back. You don't really risk losing your own HP either...

Spamming, but sue me: Minor shapeshift.

Ooo. . . I like it. +1/2 ECL to attack and damage for your swift action every round? I approve. The 4th level spell requirement makes this a gish trick, though, and they're always hungry for more swift actions. Still, not bad at all.

Not necessarily a gish trick either. Not sure of the wording, but I suppose a pure Wizard could use it for one's occasional damage spell. Especially before Quicken spell starts kicking in (which is after the game is halfway through, quickening 1st level spells at level nine is not that impressive barring some very special combos).

Since it's for 1 round, and not 1 attack, the multiple attack and damage rolls that TK gives you works very nicely with it. Especially since the 1/2 ECL bonus to attack and damage nicely makes up for your half BaB... wait, it uses CL for base attack... hmm... 1.5 effective BaB XD
Dealing CL x 1/2 ECL in bonus damage. At 20, this works out to +10 damage on 20 attacks. Each. Potentially +200 but you prob. won't hit on all.

TK thrust works as well and achievable at lower levels.
