I read about a feat but it was just mentioned in passing and I just thought of the applacation of "said feat" Getting into, lets say Cerebramancer, 1 level earlier. Does this feat exist?

There is one feat that has ever been printed by WotC that is actual casting. I believe it was named Magical Training (check the cheater of mystra, as I think it used the feat) and is in the PgtF iirc.

It is also possible (if your DM allows it) to take the precotious apprentice feat to get to your second level spells.

It only gives you one spell and the ability to cast it but it meets the prerequisites at that point to jump into cerebremancer.

You may want to take a look at this Mystic Theurge Handbook.

Which doesn't do much good if you have 2nd level spells from another class like from the suggested MT.
