Hey CO boards, I made this build for a campaign that started last week (at lvl 4).

The role of the character is at low level caster/glass canon, making fly by attacks and a reach weapon (punishing stance and steel wind for 2 attacks at 1d10 + 1d6 + str), casting hypnotisms and glitterdusts, maybe some low level debuffs with ray of enfeeblement (duskblade) and the leading the attack manouver (hit for 1d10 + 1d6 + str and give allies +4).

Later level, it should be able to still do a lot damage and do some supporting casting. At higher level I imagine something like: fly by (with max tumble if needed), hit with a divine surge and sack a low level spell for extra damage & d10’s damage, after end of turn use quickening strike for a true strike, next round make a fly by(e) attack, use another strike (as required), and use full power attack for +34 dam.

Halffey (2), DR 5/cold iron, fly 60, spell like abilities (a lot)
Warblade1, magic in the blood,
Duskblade1, combat casting
Duskblade2, fly by attack
Warblade2,
Duskblade3,
Abjurant champion1, iron will
Suel Arcanamach1
Abjurant champion2,
Jade Phoenix Mage1, bloodline (necromantic)
JPM2
JPM3
JPM4 Quicken spell like ability (glitterdust)
JPM5
JPM6
JPM7 Power attack
JPM8
JPM9
JPM10 Martial stance (immortal fortitude)

Manouvers: (IL 15 at lvl 20)
3 Punishing stance, Steel wind, Douse the flames, Leading the attack
6 Rabid wolf strike
11 Foe hammer
13, divine surge
15 Flame’s blessing, entangling blade
17 Rallying strike
19 castigating strike

Extra manouvers should be purchased by crown of white raven like manouvers, especially to get some boosts/counters like white raven tactics, iron heart focus and lightning recovery.

Note: I noticed in earlier posts and handbooks at the CO-boards that crusader is advised for JPM entry, because it already knows devoted spirit manouvers. I didn’t find it to be any problem to enter with warblade, since one of the strongest DS manouvers (divine surge) has a prereq of only 1 other. I also consider the warblade manouvers at lower levels much stronger (punishing stance & steel wind!), especially for this style of fighting.

Spells known:
Duskblade
0: disrupt undead, ray of frost, touch of fatigue, acid splash
1: True strike, ray of enfeeblement, shocking grasp, obscuring mist, resist energy
Suel Arcanamach
1 (4)  shield, enlarge person, ….?
2 (4) wraithstrike, invisibility, alter self, bladeweave
3 (3)  displacement, major image, haste
4 (3) greater mirror image, celerity, polymorph
5 (2) persistent image, shadow evocation
Necromantic bloodline gives cause fear, ghoul’s touch, vampiric touch, contagion and dominate person as known.

Cha is primary stat, Str secondary.

Any comments, suggestions, tips?

I would focus either either spells or maneuvers on swift action.
