One of my pet peeves with 4E has been their propencity to obsolete feats. 3E fell into a problem when multiple designers made feats to patch the same hole (like charging) and instead created monstrous builds in the process. 4E, though, is doing the far opposite. As the design is refined, new versions of feats come out that flat-out obsolete earlier feats. The new Expertise and Improved Defense feats are some of the bigger offenders, but there are others.

Has anyone compiled a list? If not, I'd like to do so now.

Barrelling charge. This feat allows you to do something the rules now allow everyone to do.

Edit: this may not be what you are looking for

Human Perseverance. Resilient Focus from HoFK and HoFL is better than it, and they don't stack.

In fact, Resilient Focus obsoletes many circumstantial save boosting feats.

And Red Giant, that is exactly what I'm looking for. One thing I did in 3E that really helped my system mastery was made a big list of feats. Granted, 4E is already up to three thousand feats ... so it will take along time. But it may allow me to condence things and give my players something easier to look at.

Do you only want feats that are 100% obsolete (like Barreling Charge), or also feats that 99/100 times are strictly worse than another option.  For example, Gnome Phantasmist is generally worse than an - Expertise feat, but if a character only has illusion powers, the included damage bump can make up for the slower scaling.

Fror instance Staff Expertise makes feats like Reapers Touch and Sorcerous Blade Channelling silly most of the time but you need to be using a Staff...
